Everything you need to know before you pack your apron

  • Your week of cooking, exploring, and living like a local in Puglia is fully taken care of. Every detail is thoughtfully curated to make your experience effortless, authentic, and truly unforgettable. See our detailed list.

  • Not at all! Whether you’re a beginner or confident in the kitchen, Nino will teach you the skills, techniques, and recipes you’ll need to prepare your own authentic Italian meals all week long.

  • Book here on our website, or contact us to have a detailed conversation prior to booking.

  • Due to the boutique nature of our tours and limited guest capacity, all bookings are non-cancellable after confirmation. Guests are required to obtain international travel insurance to provide coverage in circumstances such as medical issues or other unforeseen reasons for cancellation. We will require a copy of your travel insurance at time of confirmation.

  • Puglia is a region in southern Italy, located in the "heel" of the boot-shaped country. It is surrounded by the Adriatic and Ionian seas. The regional capital is Bari.
