TAVOLISSIMA: A WEEK AT OUR TABLE

Benvenuti a Tavolissima

Our tours include accommodation at one of Puglia’s finest Villas. A superb choice for gatherings of family and friends, our villa is a beautifully restored masseria, thoughtfully refurbished to honour their heritage. The property features generously proportioned, character-filled interiors blending local craftsmanship with curated ethnic and contemporary pieces. Outside, the expansive walled grounds offer a sparkling pool, peaceful corners for al fresco lounging and dining, and acres of ancient olive groves to wander.

Our villa is an experience in itself

More than just a place to sleep, our villa is an experience in itself — a serene Puglian retreat set on an olive-carpeted coastal plain where time seems to slow. Perfectly positioned between the white, hill-top beauty of Ostuni and the laid-back Adriatic seaside village of Villanova, the villa offers the best of both worlds: countryside calm with the coast just minutes away. Wake to views of ancient olive groves, long lunches under the sun, and evenings that invite conversation, wine and connection — the ideal setting for our immersive cooking tours.

From this base, the very best of Puglia is within easy reach. The rolling hills of the Valle d’Itria are dotted with postcard-perfect towns like Cisternino and Locorotondo, while Alberobello — trulli central and a UNESCO World Heritage Site — is a must-see. Each town, including nearby Ostuni, hosts vibrant local markets and an inviting mix of bars, trattorie and restaurants. Venture a little further to discover the Baroque splendour of Lecce, or the sparkling coastal gems of Monopoli and Polignano a Mare. With beaches just 15 minutes away, Villanova’s seafront dining five minutes down the road, and Brindisi Airport only 25 minutes away, the villa is effortlessly accessible yet wonderfully removed — a true home base for learning, exploring and savouring the rhythms of southern Italy.

Your seat is waiting.
